Workshop at Digital Citizen Summit 2018

We conducted a workshop jointly with Point of View at Digital Citizen Summit, 2018 on 1st November, 2018. Digital Citizen Summit (DCS) is an annual conference organised by Digital Empowerment Foundation (DEF). Point of View is a Mumbai-based non-profit platform that brings the points of view of women into community, social, cultural and public domains through media, art and culture.

The session started with the discussion on the dangers and harms faced by vulnerable sections of society online, followed by a short presentation on challenges that trainers regularly face while conducting digital security workshops. After that we conducted a digital security training discussing the privacy risks online and various protection measures.
